In order to get the word out about our new, best-in-class app to current ShopRite app users and prospective app users, we crafted an integrated soft launch campaign around the idea Shop easy—just like that. Using an app launch video as the main driver on YouTube, supported by in-store posters, circulars, email, social media, banner ads and the app stores, the campaign goal was to repeat the success of the previous app by hitting 2 million downloads.
